The Apps collect only the information needed to perform their internal business functions. Depending on the App, this may include:

- Business data the App needs to operate, such as records related to our retail operations.

- Device permissions, only when required for a specific App feature. Permissions are requested through Android and can be managed in your device settings.

We use information collected through the Apps solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Apps and to support Franklin Shops’s internal business operations.
No sale or advertising use
We do not sell information collected through the Apps. We do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes, and the Apps do not display advertising.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers (for example, cloud hosting or app diagnostics services) to help operate the Apps. These providers process information only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. We keep information only as long as needed for our internal business purposes or as required by law.
Children
The Apps are intended only for authorized Franklin Shops personnel and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
Authorized users may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with their use of the Apps, subject to our legal and business record-keeping obligations. Uninstalling an App stops further collection from that device.
Website contact form
This section applies to the contact form on our website, franklinshopsllc.com. If you use the form, we collect the information you choose to send: your name, your email address, the topic you choose, an optional quantity and order number or subject, and your message. We use this information only to read and respond to your message and to keep a record of our correspondence with you.
Form submissions are delivered to our customer service email inbox by Google (Google Workspace and Google Apps Script), which processes the information on our behalf as our email and workspace provider. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list. We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your request and for our ordinary business records, or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your messages by contacting us at the email address below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above.
